Processing Times

All DolSwole items are made-to-order to ensure premium quality.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after the order has been processed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note: International customers may be responsible for customs fees depending on their country.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

DolSwole does not charge any hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can track at any time until delivery.

If you did not receive tracking, check your spam folder or contact us.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship the package after the customer pays a reshipment fee.

Please double-check your address at checkout.


Delivery Issues

If your package shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with your household members

  2. Check mailbox, porch, side doors, and apartment office

  3. Contact your local post office for GPS delivery info

If still not found, email us at support@dolswole.com and we’ll assist you with next steps.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue quickly.

Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier.


Pre-Orders

If an item is labeled as pre-order, shipping will begin once inventory arrives.
Estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
