Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DolSwole Fitness Apparel.
We strive to offer high-quality gym and lifestyle apparel made to order. Because each item is printed individually when you place an order, our return policy works a little differently from traditional retail stores.


1. All Sales Are Final (Print-On-Demand)

All DolSwole products are made-to-order. For this reason:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Please double-check size charts before ordering.

We do this to avoid waste and keep pricing fair.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect size delivered (not the one you ordered)

  • Wrong item entirely

We will replace it free of charge.

📸 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product issue

  • The packing slip

  • The damaged/misprinted area

We will send a replacement once the issue is verified.


3. Lost Packages

If your item never arrives:

  • Check tracking history

  • Confirm shipping address is correct

  • Contact us if tracking stops updating for 7+ days

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship it at no cost.


4. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our products enter production quickly:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been sent to production.

  • If the order has NOT started printing yet, we will do our best—but cannot guarantee cancellation.


5. Wrong Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You will need to pay the reshipping fee

  • A replacement will ship only after the updated address and fee are confirmed


6. Return-to-Sender Packages

If the carrier returns your package to the print facility:

  • Replacement will be shipped after confirming your correct address

  • No refunds will be issued for returned packages


7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Style preference

Because each product is custom-printed per order.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom prints

  • Any item where the incorrect size was ordered by the customer
